Mikel Asiain, the chef of Restaurante ALARZ, brings with him a culinary journey marked by excellence and a passion for flavor.
This globetrotter of Basque roots has perfected his craft in exotic destinations such as Vietnam, Thailand, and Bali, and has worked in prestigious kitchens like M.B. (two Michelin stars) and the award-winning Bevir, which earned its Michelin star in Gran Canaria.
